Administrative Specialist reports to the Executive Assistant and is provided with guidance, instruction and training from the Executive Assistant and other UFHR managers. The MDM team is focused on developing business and technical processes to define and vend institutional master data. Team members work closely with fellow developers, Business Analysts, and the Integrations team in a collaborative dynamic. This individual will Apply implementation science methods to evaluate and assess health plan quality improvement programs.

Work with team members to understand the requirements of the reports, assist in the design of tables and charts for reports. Check health plan documents and submitted reports to determine health plan compliance with regulations and standards. Participate as a team member in quality improvement activities.

This position is also responsible for conducting scientific literature review using relevant databases and other sources. The individual must possess the ability to prioritize tasks and work with various demands of their time. The incumbent must be a team player, have at least five years of administrative experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

This individual will work in a team setting and under the supervision of the senior Clinical Research Coordinator and Principal Investigator. Job duties include data collection, data entry into EDC systems, entering orders into EPIC, scheduling remote and on-site subject visits, preparing worksheets and lab kits for upcoming subject visits, preparing sample shipments to central labs, and coordinating product shipments to and from subjects.

This individual would attend on-site subject visits at the Clinical Research Center to assist the primary Research Coordinators and Principal Investigator. This individual will communicate with faculty and staff as well as other internal and external constituencies. This position is responsible for the management of field experiments associated with the program.

This includes but not limited to establishment, planting, maintenance, and harvesting of the different field experiments of the breeding program, as well as data collection, fertilization, and weed control.

The person in this position will spend the time outdoors during planting, data taking and harvesting thus should be comfortable working under Florida climatic conditions.

Observe, identify and repair building issues daily to include floor covering, interior walls, ceilings, interior doors, windows, plumbing fixtures, water supply, drains, interior lighting, outlets, switches, etc. Duties also include observing, reporting and assisting in building custodial services with custodial team members.
